The fact that DoubleHorn is a local company was very helpful. They were able to give us the time and attention we needed to do a significant overhaul of our phone system. They were on site within minutes when needed in the initial startup phase to make sure everything worked properly.

Our call volume is as high as it has ever been, but we are managing it better than we ever have. Prior to implementation of the DoubleHorn system, our hold times were anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Now, they are pretty much nonexistent based on the infrastructure that DoubleHorn uses and how the new queuing system works. This has resulted in a great improvement in communication between our clients as well.

Doublehorn definitely understands the problems we’ve experienced with the older equipment from our last provider. They were on target to make sure that we did not have those same problems with our new, DoubleHorn, system. And they’ve been right on - since we’ve been using them, we’ve had no problems.

The main benefit for us in switching to Voice over IP has been the cost savings in comparison to traditional phone lines, because within our organization, things can change so fast that we never know if we need 20 lines or 200. The good thing in working with DoubleHorn is that we can add and change our plan overnight to accommodate our growing needs.

Sometimes our Internet connection would be out for anywhere from one to five hours and we would never know when it was going to be fixed or what was going on.
